Welcome to our help center. Here you'll find lots of documentation and tips for DaknoAdmin and DaknoIDX. You can browse through the articles or use the search box to find what you're looking for quickly. If there's something you can't find or don't quite understand, let us know! We're happy to help.

Logging in and Managing Your User Account

When your website is first or you are added as a new user on a website, you will receive an email notification. This email will contain important information, as well as a link to set up your password for the first time. If you were already a user on a website hosted with us, you'll receive a request to link the account to the additional website. Be sure to click the link to complete your user setup.

You can always get to your DaknoAdmin by visiting or The initial login prompt will allow you to login or reset your password if you've forgotten it.

Once you've logged in, you can visit the People Module to update your email address, change your display name, or update your password. The display name, if set, is used in place of your email address in modules where entries can be assigned, like Contacts or Properties.

If you log in via, you will be presented with a list of all domains you are a part of, simply select the one you'd like to log into and it will take you to the site.

Updating Your Email Address

To update your email address, go to your user account in the People module. Edit the User Email to your new email address.

Once you save, you will be logged out. Log back in with the updated email address. Your old email address will receive a notice that you've changed your email address.

Get More Information and Tips

On some pages within DaknoAdmin you may see an info button on the left hand side. Clicking that will provide you with a quick help box to learn more about the special features of the page you're on. 

For example, on a form edit page within the Form Manager this button will show you all the possible personalization options available to you on that specific form. This is handy if you want to further personalize your auto-responders to include information inside the text that the contact provided, such as name, or interest.


On edit pages within DaknoAdmin, we have added tooltips to help explain or give tips about various inputs.
