Marketing Vault

The Marketing Vault is an ever-growing collection of pre-built copy, content, and examples that is available to integrate into your website or business or to provide you with ideas. This feature is included with any marketing package (Primer, Plus, Pro, or Premium). You can access the Marketing Vault by navigating to Manage Content > Marketing Vault.

Utilizing the Marketing Vault

The currently available types of content within the Marketing Vault include:

  • Web Content
  • Blog Content
  • Online Gallery
  • Print Gallery
  • Scripts
  • Drip Campaigns
  • Print & Email Templates
  • Videos

Web Content & Blog Content

Web content are content pages you can add to your website quickly. To add web content page to your site:

  1. Navigate to the Marketing Vault.
  2. Click on the web or blog content page you'd like to add to your site. A page comes up so you can view the content included on the page before adding it to your Content Module, don't worry, you can modify it later.
  3. To add it to your site, click Add to Content Module at the top of the page.
  4. You will be redirected to the content module with all the content you just saw, pre-filled. At minimum, set a Page URL and a Page Name.
  5. Make any further modifications you need to the content and Save the page.

Online & Print Gallery

The Online & Print Galleries show you examples of graphics for web or print use. These are visuals to help you visualize your own web and print presence.

Scripts

The Scripts section provides you with pre-made scripts that you can use when talking to people on the phone. Use them as is or tailor them to your market. You can print these scripts for use offline.

Drip Campaigns

Drip Campaigns integrate into your Email Marketing Module. You can find pre-built drip campaigns under this type. You will need to have an Email Marketing Campaign set up before importing any Drip Campaign. To add a Drip Campaign from the Marketing Vault to your site:

  1. Navigate to the Marketing Vault.
  2. Click on the email message you'd like to add to your site. A page comes up so you can view the content included on the page before adding it as a new Email Message, don't worry, you can modify it later.
  3. To add it to a campaign, click Add Message to Campaign at the top of the page.
  4. A box will pop up with a list of all your campaign(s). Select the one you'd like to add the message to and click Add Message.
  5. You will be redirected to the Email Marketing module with all the content you just saw, pre-filled. 
  6. Set-up your scheduling.
  7. Make any further modifications you need to the content.
  8. At this point you can send yourself a test message, save the message as a draft, or queue the message.

Print/Email Template

Print or Email templates contain scripts you can use in your day-to-day business. Things like follow-up emails, and phone scripts are found under this type. Since these don't integrate directly into your DaknoAdmin site, you'll find that the button option on the top is simply Select Template. Clicking this selects all the content so you can easily copy and paste it where needed. Be sure to update the content so it reflects your business before integrating it into your email client or scripts.

In this section you'll find videos from people who are doing real estate videos right as well as tutorials to help you.
