Sometimes email bounces or is not deliverable. This can cause you to stop receiving notifications. We'll ask you a couple questions to help determine the root cause, if you can provide that information to us when you contact us, that would help!
- What email are you using? If it's hosted with Yahoo please see below.
- Did you check your spam or junk folder?
- What emails are you expecting to receive but you're not?
If your main email address is with Yahoo
email@example.com to your white list. Yahoo has a very sensitive filter and there are false positives. Unfortunately, they don't deliver the false positives to your inbox or spam folder. The only way around this is to update your whitelist and set up a filter to try and ensure you get the email.
You must set up a “filter”, but first:
If you find email from dakno-email.com in your “Yahoo! bulk” folder, open the email and click “Not Spam.”
If you find mail from dakno-email.com in your “Blocked Addresses” list, select the email and click “Remove Block”
Create the filter:
Open Yahoo! Mail and click on “Mail Options” in the upper right hand corner.
Select “Filters” (in the bottom left corner)
On the Filters page, click “Add”
Select the “From header:” rule, and add “contains” and dakno-email.com to match all mail from your website.
Click the “Choose Folder” pull down menu and select ‘Inbox’
Pick the Add Filter button
