How To: Create Saved Searches for Contacts

Getting Started

    1. Under Interaction click Contacts & Forms 
    2. Click Contact List 
    3. Find the Contact you want to save the search for and click on them
    4. Under Property Organizer Click View Property Organizer Account

    5. In the top right corner of the screen click Login As This User

If you have the contact's email address available then you can log into their property organizer account when you are on a search page.

  1. Click Switch to User Mode on the DakBar
  2. Enter the contact's email
  3. Click Login As This User

Creating The Search

Now that you are logged into the contact's account, you can create or modify Saved Searches for them. 

  • If the user has no Saved Searches:
    • Click Create Your First Saved Search
    • Select the Filters that best fit what the contact would be most interested in viewing. You can get an idea of what they may be interested in even if they do not have any Saved Searches by looking at the contact's search history in their Property Organizer Account
    • Click Search
    • In the top right corner of the search, click the heart-shaped Save icon to save this search to the contact's Property Organizer Account
  • If you want to modify an existing Saved Search:
    • Find the Saved Search you want to adjust in the contact's Property Organizer Account 
    • Click Modify This Search

    • Adjust the Filters as needed
    • Click Save

  • If you want to Delete the Saved Search:
    • Find the Saved Search you want to adjust in the contact's Property Organizer Account 
    • Click Delete 

    • You will be prompted that the search was deleted

You can also Save Properties for contacts in their Property Organizer.
