When your website is first activated or you are added as a new user on an preexisting website, you will receive an email notification. This email will contain important information, as well as a link to set up your password for the first time. If you were already a user on a website hosted with us, you'll receive a request to link the account to the additional website. Be sure to click the link to complete your user setup.
You can always get to your DaknoAdmin by visiting http://www.daknoadmin.com or http://www.yourdomain.com/admin. The initial login prompt will allow you to login or reset your password if you've forgotten it.
Once you've logged in, you can select "Account Overview" in the activity switcher to update your email address, change your display name, or update your password. The display name, if set, is used in place of your email address in sections where entries can be assigned, like Contacts or Properties.
If you log in via daknoadmin.com, you will be presented with a list of all domains you are a part of, simply select the one you'd like to log into and it will take you to the site.
Updating Your Email Address
To update your email address, navigate to your "Account Overview"; there you can change the User Email to your new email address.
Once you save, you will be logged out. Log back in with the updated email address. Your old email address will receive a notice that you've changed your email address.
