If you have more than one site with us, you may be able to transfer your contacts from one site to another site. Don't see this option? Contact us with your domains and we can look into this for you.
Contact Transfer Form
Before you transfer contacts, you may want to set up your contact transfer form on your domains. This will allow you to send a notification that the contact has been transferred internally. The form won't notify the contact that they were transferred.
You can find the form under Interaction > Contacts & Forms >Incoming Lead Settings > Contact Transfer.
Transferring a Contact
To transfer a contact, visit their contact page.
- On the top of the page, click "Transfer Contact"
- Select a domain from the dropdown list and then click "Transfer"
- The contact will be moved to the target domain with:
- Contact Information
- Activity
- This tool does not transfer:
- Calendar items
- Tasks
- Email Marketing
- Tags
