Unable to Access Property Organizer

Issue Description

Clicking on the View Property Organizer button within a Contact Page results in being returned to the Lead Management Dashboard


Ensure that you've been granted DaknoIDX access. Admin-level users can see this by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click People from the left-hand menu
  3. Click the Username / Display Name of the individual
  4. Click Account in the upper right-hand corner
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and ensure the checkbox for DaknoIDX has been selected
    • Note: Be sure to click Save in the upper right-hand corner after making any changes

If you're a Normal User, please ask someone with Admin-level permissions on your team to review this for you.
