DaknoAdmin supports full integration via Zapier, an online automation tool that connects 1000s of apps together, allowing for intelligent workflows! You can take advantage of this integration through our early access link!
If you do not already have a Zapier account, creating one is fast and easy! In fact, if you have a GMail account, it's as simple as logging in. You can start this process at the following link:
Once you have created your account, you can accept our early access integration at the following link:
Simply click the button labeled "Start Using Dakno Now!"
On the following page, you can review the early access process and finalize the integration by pressing the "Accept Invite and Build a Zap" button
Creating a New Zap
A zap is a connection between two applications. Every Zap starts with a "Trigger," an event that occurs in one app such as a contact being created in DaknoAdmin, and then an "Action," such as importing that contact into BombBomb. Let's build a simple Zap now!
1. Select "Make a Zap!"
2. Select Dakno as your Trigger App
3. Select a Trigger (in our case, "New Contact")
4. Connect your account by logging in (you will need to allow Zapier to access your account)
Very Important: Currently, only users with Admin access to your Dakno website can utilize the Zapier app. A normal user on your Dakno website will not be able to connect their DaknoAdmin account to Zapier.
During setup, Zapier will "test" your account. This allows the software to pull in some dummy data to use as a guide when building your Zap.
5. Begin building your action step
6. Choose BombBomb for your Action App
7. Select Action
8. Connect your BombBomb account.
Very Important: Every integration will have it's own unique way of connecting your accounts. For example, Dakno asks that you log into your Admin account and choose your domain. Gmail has you log into your account as well. For BombBomb, you will need to connect your account by utilizing your API key. You can find your BombBomb API key by logging into your BombBomb account and selecting "Integrations" from the drop-down menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
9. Set Variables
This section allows you to set the information that will be passed between your apps by clicking on the "Insert a Field" icon to the right of each text box. These fields are being generated from the information being passed in by the Action App- Dakno in this case.
Currently, the DaknoApp is able to pass along the following pieces of data:
- DaknoAdmin URL
- First Name
- Last Name
- PhoneNumber
- City
- State
- Zip
- Street Address
Once you have chosen the fields you would like to import, select "Continue" at the bottom of the page.
10. Test the Zap, Finish, or Add another Step
Once you have gotten this far, you have all the knowledge you need to build any Zap you would like! You can make more advanced Zap's by adding a step, essentially setting off multiple actions by a single trigger!
Managing Your Zaps
You can review all your existing Zaps on your Dashboard where you can easily turn them on and off, as well as edit/modify/copy and many more actions!
