Issue Description
Listings missing from LISTINGS > Sold/Pending
Solution
Double check your Off Market listings. Your Sold Listings may be under Off Market with a status of, "UNKNOWN". Keep in mind that listings with an UNKNOWN status will be removed after 60 days. To preserve these listings, click on the UNKNOWN status to update it to Sold.
If the listing is older than 60 days and has been removed, you'll need to manually recreate the listing as a Supplemental listing.
