Receiving Spam Leads

Issue Description

Incoming leads from form submissions are spam.

Solution

Enable reCaptcha on eligible forms:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click Settings from the left-hand menu
3. Scroll down to Form Settings
4. Ensure that Enable recaptcha on eligible forms is checked
5. Click Save in the upper right-hand corner
