Use Cookie Settings to classify each plugin on your site. This tells DaknoAdmin which plugin should run for a visitor depending on their preferences.
Choose a category for a plugin
- Go to DaknoAdmin > Site Content & Design > Plugins
- For each plugin there is a Cookie Settings option. Select the category that best describes the plugin’s use. (See Cookie categories section below)
- Select Save.
Cookie categories

| Does not use cookies | Code that does not save a cookie to the visitor's device, such as editing page styling or layout | Immediately |
| Necessary | Required for the site or a requested feature to work | Immediately |
| Preferences | Remembers visitor settings and preferences | User must opt-in |
