Setup Delegate Access for your domain

Let Dakno handle the DNS details for you. 

By giving Dakno delegate access to your domain account, our team can make needed DNS updates on your behalf, troubleshoot issues faster, and help prevent website or email disruptions.

GoDaddy

1. Visit https://www.godaddy.com/help/invite-a-delegate-to-access-my-godaddy-account-12376 and follow the instructions.
2. For step #3, invite domains@dakno.com
3. For step #4, select Products & Domains

Dakno will accept the invitation. Once access is approved, our team will be able to manage the DNS records for your domain.

Network Solutions

1. Log In to Your Network Solutions Account
   1. Visit networksolutions.com and sign in with your account credentials.
2. Click on your profile icon or username at the top right of the dashboard. 
3. From the dropdown, select Accounts & Users
   1. 
4. Select the account you want Dakno to have access to and select Manage
5. Scroll to the User Roles & Permissions section, then select Add User
   1. 
6. Enter Dakno’s Information
   1. Full Name: Dakno
   2. Email Address: software@dakno.com
   3. Role: Tech

   4. 

7. Click Invite

Network Solutions will send an email asking Dakno to accept access. Once accepted, we will be able to log in and manage your DNS records.
